@rlgeorge1342 I am so sorry I missed your question. This dress is just beautiful. It does come with the belt. I was a size 6 maybe when I wore it. I just had a larger chest 🤗. There is definitely some stretch. It costs a fortune to hem these horsehair hem dresses. This dress was hemmed and it cost me $150 just to get that done. Ill ship it tomorrow. Please enjoy.
