Mommy & Me 4th of July Red/White/Blue Popsicles Lularoe OS Leggings & Scarlett

Good used condition, shows signs of some wear and have lots of life left. These were a favorite of ours for the 4th of July for a few years but my little has outgrown the dress so ready to pass this set on! The girls Scarlett is size 2 (we wore til 4 years) and the adult leggings are one size (fits approximately sizes 2-10). The dress has some spots on front (see pics) and the leggings are in good condition with a small spot on the back.
