New, no tags. This is an old Canadian street brand from the 90s. I got the skirt in the earlier 2000s. I've washed it a couple of times, but it was always too big for me. It's a polyester and cotton blend twill, so resistant to wrinkling. There are two front pockets similar to a kangaroo pocket. It has a side zipper.
