Modra Decorative Plate With Reticulated Lattice Floral Yellow White Green vtg

Beautiful vintage Modra, hand-made plate. The detailing is gorgeous. Love the flowers and the lattice/cut out areas around the rim. The colors are beautiful. It is signed on the back, and looks like it was from the NGAUS (National Guard Association of the United States) 2001 convention. According to my online research, the NGAUS pledged crucial help during the 911 aftermath. What a cool and beautiful piece of history. This plate is made so that it can be hung on the wall with a wire. It is in excellent condition, I see no flaws. Please see photos for details.
