Modernist Tall Vintage Hand Carved Wooden MCM Cat Sculpture

Tall and regal hand carved wooden Siamese cat sculpture with all the hallmarks of MCM style. Beautiful craftmanship with the lovely unique details of the wood taken into account into the shape of the sculpture. See closeups of the cat's back and nose for the natural burls in the wood and the rounded grain on the cat's chest, lending almost a heart like shape across its upper legs. Due to the weight and size of the sculpture, this item cannot be bundled. Evidence of old price sticker on lower back and possibly a suggestion of a signature on the bottom but markings are unclear.
