Modern Trousseau Brand Dress and Belt

Hand sewn French Lace dress and belt bought from Modern Trousseau Nashville. No alterations done. I bought it before we chose our venue. It’s labeled as a size 10, but it fits like a 4. Paid $2.5k for the dress/ belt because it was a sample sale, but they told me that the price for the same style but new is $5k. Because it is a sample, there are 2 areas where the lace has come untacked- I’ve included a few pics. They assured me that a seamstress would be able to retack those areas.
