Metal & enamel gold glitter candle in a holly wreath pin / brooch created by Mode-Art. The ART (c) mark was used after 1950. Features a gold 3-D candle which glitters. It has white enamel snow and an enamel flame with red rhinestones. It is a fairly heavy piece for its size.
