I love this skirt but it doesn’t fit me 🥺 It can be worn with it without the belt. Zipper works fine and I never even wore it so it’s basically brand new but it’s from a couple years ago so it not sold on the website anymore. It’s great material and quality! It says XS but it’s definitely more of a Small or even Medium. I am 5 foot 100 lbs and it was too big for me.

What’s the waist measurement? ModCloth xs usually runs so small, I’m surprised this runs big!
