The knife pleats make this skirt swing! It is so lovely and fun. It's a navy blue, with yellow and multi-colored abstract floral print. Details: Self-tie belt (included). Side zip. 100% polyester. Lined. Machine washable. Approximately 21" length. In my opinion, it's on the smaller side of its size. In excellent used condition.
