Modcloth Blue Lace Tulle Cutout Back Dress 11

Light blue lace dress with an open back and bow detail and a tulle underskirt. Brand is City Triangles, purchased from Modcloth. Worn just once to a wedding and despite the open back I found it bra friendly. Also features belt loops and light moulded padding at bust. Some minor pilling of lace, as shown. Measures appx. 16.4" pit to pit, 34" shoulder to hem. Thanks for looking! Items are cleaned prior to shipping in repurposed packaging from my 🐈 friendly home.
