Moda International floral skirt, size 4 petite

Moda International red, blue, yellow patterned floral skirt, size 4 petite (but fits more like size 2). This skirt is in perfect condition, I only wore it 3 or 4 times. **Note: I did have this skirt hemmed to suit my frame. Length stops about mid-thigh on a 5’3” petite woman for size reference.
