Moda International Dress

Perfect little black dress that goes below the knees. It has crochet detailing around the neckline, sleeves and hem. It's a fit and flare style. Waist laying flat is 15" across, shoulder to waist is 19", and shoulder to hem is 47". It's stretchy. I am a 12 and this fits, I just have too many black dresses. No damage. This has loops for a belt.
