ModCloth Sherbet Stripe Halter Dress

Double layer - chiffon/sheer striped summery colors overlay cream stretchy under layer. Top has no slip strip on the inside so can be worn strapless if you want to tuck in the neck strap. Measurements are in pictures. There a a couple small snags and lines very minimal wear.
