NWT Gorgeous velvet top in emerald green with a shimmering celestial pattern. Best of all--it stretches, making it flattering but ultra comfortable. US Size 8 (or UK Size 12) with a pull over design, faux black buttons in front along with form flattering pleating in the bust. Measures ~17" from armpit to armpit and ~23" from top to bottom. 95% polyester, 5% elastane. Never worn from a nonsmoking house. This is sold out online but normally retails for $89.
