ModCloth chiffon mini

This dress is chiffon with a liner. Waist is cinched. Cute polka dot print. Flowy and perfect for summer. You can even add your own belt to dress it up. Size medium, but will fit a small. I believe I wanted the dress looser on me. I am 32/28/35 and 5’8”. I was a little bigger when I wore this - still a small or xs in clothes.
