Ya Los Angeles dress from ModCloth. Dress is fully lined with a dark blue slip. Navy-trimmed ruffles on the collar and sleeves, double-string tie at the waist. It is shapeless without the tie waist. Fits me even though I am usually a size medium. Great condition. PTP 19 in Waist 23 in Length 33 in Smoke free and pet free home.
