Lining is 100% Cotton. Back has 6-1/2 inch wide elastic with zipper. Best of all this skirt has side pockets! The high banded waist is arched in the center front. Waist laid flat: 13 inches (unstretched) Length from side: 22-1/2 inches Condition: No rips, tears, or stains. There is a about a 2 inch "wonky thread line" on the garments surged hemline. It looks like the tension on the machine acted up. It is still in tact, however, it may need a couple stitches if worn and laundered often as this skirt could easily be your favorite go-to skirt!
