ModCloth Retired Red Rainbow Block Heel Sandals 7.5/8

Did my kid HAVE to have these shoes, a few years back, when they were already discontinued by ModCloth? Yes. Did I scour eBay until I found (and overpaid for) this pair? Yes. Did she ever wear them? No. *cries in parenting* Well, she finally gave them back to me to sell, so here we are. A simple red sandal with a delicate ankle strap and a thicker crisscross pair of straps at the toes is elevated and immediately made whimsical with the bold, 2.5” rainbow block heel. They’re the perfect way to accent any outfit! These shoes are labeled as a size EU38, which is theoretically equivalent to a women’s American 7.5. HOWEVER, my kid wears an 8 and I bought these after exhaustive research which indicated they run a smidge big. Her rejection had to do with the color (“They’re too red”), not the fit. I rate this pair as being in very good preowned condition, missing a rating of excellent because the soles have clearly been partially repainted (?? they came to me like this, and personally I don’t care what the underside of a shoe looks like, but full disclosure and all of that), and they and the plates on the heels do show minor wear. The uppers are pristine.
