Moon brand dress purchased from ModCloth. Black and white mixed pattern featuring polka dot, stripe, and floral patterns. Crew or scoop neck. Sleeveless. Fabric has a bit of a shine to it. Keyhole on the back with button closure. Has a side zip which is tricky — it does work but it takes more effort than is typical, so you might want to get the zipper replaced. New with tags still attached!
