Made in the USA. Fits like XS (it might be a juniors' S), but it stretches a bit. See measurements below, taken without stretching. I bought this new from ModCloth and only remember wearing it once. By now, it's too small! Pit to pit: 16” Waist: 13” Length: 37.5” From a clean, smoke-free, pet-friendly home. For items I've worn, I always wash in cold water, gentle cycle, and hang to dry.
