This is a striped & solid mini dress from ModCloth, made by Freeway. The top is striped horizontally in navy & white while the bottom is solid navy. There is a cloth navy belt that ties in the back. It is not seen from the front and only ties from the middle to the back. Has been worn regularly. Comes from a smoke-free home but I have a dog (Boston Terrier). I am happy to rewash before shipping if you need for allergy purposes. Please let me know if you need anything else!
