claudiasvintage@gypsycaravan7 hi there! This dress is awesome because it’s 4% spandex, which means it stretches. Lying flat unstretched, it measured approximately 18.5” from armpit to armpit. Stretched out adds an extra 2”. The waist unstretched was almost 17”, but stretched out, it was approximately 19.5”. If it helps, I also added photos for reference.
