ModCloth Dress in Novelty Print

Such a cute and colorful dress with POCKETS! The tag says Folter but I purchased it from ModCloth and have only worn it a half dozen times. It has the classic fit and flair style. I have a small bust (34 A) as the Boob Fairy never visited me so the bodice was a little loose. Check the measurements. I bought it as a small but it is a loose fitting small. 100% cotton. Bust measured flat: 18” Waist: 14” Skirt length from waist: 19”
