Words cannot describe just how much I love this dress, but it's time to refresh my closet! This dress is from Modcloth, a beautiful blue and white pattern with little brass buttons and pockets on the front of the chest AND pockets on the hips. An elasticized waist and belt loops, it's super soft, swingy, very comfortable. A patterned outer layer and it has an inner layer so you won't need to worry about wearing a slip. Armpit to armpit on a flat surface measured about 16 inches, and armpit to hem measured 24 inches. The waist is elasticized. Let me know if I can answer any questions
