Mod Dress with Pockets

Purchased in a vintage shop. From what I can find, it is an older dress from the company, made between 10-13 years ago. Vibrant red, black bell sleeves, white smooth cotton, shiny gold buttons, ruffled neckline, hidden zipper with eye & hook closure. Fully lined. Pockets, yay! 30 inches circumference at waist, 34 inches in length from front neckline to bottom. I've never worn this, so I think it needs to go somewhere where it'll get more of a social life. May keep, still deciding :)
