Moa Moa Retro Mesh Crop Top with Bell Sleeves and Colored Stripes size XS(?)

Moa Moa retro style mesh top with bell sleeves in good condition with a slight tear on collar near left shoulder seam - see photo - but otherwise looks NWT. There are no stains, holes or other rips or tears. It has no size or fabric content tags but it does have a "sample" tag - see photo. It looks like an XS and made out of a poly or poly blend. The fabric has a little stretch but not much. Measures app'x: 15 inches pit to pit, 14 across waist and 17 long.
