@dspatch omg I have a spanx one that is not one of their bdsm versions that I love under my bodycon dresses. It has a built in pushup bra and stays in place. It was a little pricey but worth it. You'd probably look like a zillion bucks in a slip plus this. I wore my maternity bra with it and it just looked like sleeves.
