EUC about 30mi on these. I sized up based on Mizuno sometimes running small but they’re too big. Fantastic shoes for training and racing! Super bouncy and fun for long efforts Sock-like upper fits superbly but stretches well over contours Heel tab folds down easily to avoid Achilles irritation
