Mixit Vintage 90's Tank Dress Side Slit-Brown

Tag says 0/S I'm not sure if that is a zero/small or zero size, meaning one size. ?? But I have all measurements in pics. I feel like this would be M/L so the tag doesn't seem right. Please see all pics, full length, underarm to underarm, slit length, and waist measurement. Very cute!
