Top of dress is made of stretchy knit. Top is shaped and fits like a body suit without crotch fasteners. Has a ruffled collar and a ruffled flower at base of V neck of bodice. Top has long knit skeeves. Knit top fits to hip where it is attached to the satin peplum skirt. Skirt has a bubble hem. And it is almost midi length. .
