cristallep Ok got cha So theres a hole where the snap came out of the other side? She is saying she would have to put a whole new piece of leather there 😩

jess2916 @cristallep I would get a second opinion the snap sits inside the hole and the leather is not torn there is no reason to replace the leather.

jess2916 @cristallep if you look at the third picture, you can see where the snap that came out from the other side is still attached to the other side snap you can see the prongs on the back of the snap. All those do is sit inside of the leather hole, I don’t understand why anyone would have to replace the leather that doesn’t make sense. I have had many many snaps replaced
