This is the real deal, providing protection from heavy rain, this is a waterproof coat that has a quilted lining for warmth. It'll stand up to most any weather making it super functional. The shoulder to shoulder measurement across the back is 18", the pit to pit measurement, also across the back is 22". It is a small but designed to be a bit oversized and hit below the knee.
