This Missoni for Target Romper is a Size small. There are two little loops around the waistband if you want to put a belt. I don't have the belt that comes with it. The straps are adjustable and the front is a V-neck that is attached. This Romper is flowy and very comfortable. This is a limited edition item since Missoni for Target ended! I posted a photo of a model wearing the Romper for an example. Let me know if you have any questions.
