Elegant mini dress with pleated and ruffled design. Features a tie neckline and long sleeves. Perfect for a chic look. Extremely nice silk and chiffon fabric and small shorts to come with as well since the dress is shorter. I am only not keeping because it fits more like a M than a L and shipping back to Europe was expensive!
