mostofthetime @francisloya78 Hey! i apologize for this. I just wanted to let you know I am talking to AT&T now. They were able to find the IMEI of that device. They are submitting a ticket to remove it from the blacklist right now. So, that is the latest.

mostofthetime @francisloya78 1. Hey, at&t changed its policy, they just told me they cannot take the device off the blacklist. 2. Here is a video I found but I haven't tried it myself, but it says unlockhere.com can allow a user to unlock their own. 3. if you want to send it back to me, I totally understand. I sincerely apologize for the incnv, this is a policy and a whole world I didn't know existed. Please let me know what you prefer. And please accept my sincere apology. -MC
