The dangly pieces have some staining which might come out with dry cleaning or it could also be replaced if you find a color match. (Probably easily through a tailor) Back zip, hooks & eyes. Small pinhole in the lining, not visible from the outside. Initials on the inside collar, you can't see it from the outside.
