This amazing dress is in excellent pre-owned condition. The only flaw is that there's a small tear in the mesh near the zipper. The dress has a draped velvet top over the chest and then a see through mesh bodice. There is boning in it to keep it structured. The skirt is all gorgeous blue velvet with a very high slit.
