This is the sweetest Misha and Puff top with ruffle trim at collar and sleeves. Size 2. Snap closure on back and made in the softest cotton. Sleeve ruffle does have elastic in it but collar does not. Dearly loved but still in great condition. Was so sad when my girl grew out of it but now on to the next lucky girl!
