Misa Blue Velvet Wrap Dress

I got this dress for my sister's wedding many years ago and haven't worn it since. It's been stored in a garment bag and is in very good condition. The tag says L, but one of the benefits of a wrap dress is that it is not so strict with sizing. I usually wear a medium and it fits me well. Be aware that the neckline can go quite low.
