Mirror Palais Crinoline Skirt with Lace in Honey size M. I actually just received this in the mail today and it unfortunately does not fit.
My measurements are 28.5" waist - 40" hips. The waist fits but I can't pull this down and wear it mid rise (if I wanted to). The cutoff right before the sheer section in the thighs hits right at my butt so I would not be able to wear this out.
