This is pre owned and in good condition. A little piece on the left corner of the miracle on 34th street sign chipped off as shown in pictures 3 & 4 & 5 but I have the piece and will include it with the ornament so you can glue it if you want. Photo in the ornament is turned to its side, im not sure if you can turn it back or not. This is still twist tied in the packaging and still has tag attached as shown in photos 6 & 7 & 8
