Minuet high low dress

This is a royal blue strapless dress with Black and yellow trim. there is a band at the top to help it stay up and supported. no stains or tears from the shortest part. The dress is shorter in the front. longer in the back definitely makes a statement. 100% polyester size medium. approximate dimensions from Pit to Pit is approximately 15 and 1/2 in waist. is 14 and 1/4 in. please refer to pics and ask questions
