This pretty sugar and creamer set is from Delphine China, made in England. The light mint green color is decorated with ribbons of flowers and greenery, and the inside has a ring of gold with one flower at the side. The scalloped rims and handle are accented with gold. In good vintage condition - there is a small amount of wear on the gold handle of the creamer, most likely from being stacked for storage.
