The year was 2008 and the season was resort/cruise. I was working at Vogue and engaged to a guy who bought me this gem after I nearly had a heart attack over it when it graced my presence at the Chanel show. Needless to say the jerk and I broke up and I haven't used the bag once since then. The bag is in absolute mint condition and yes, it is authentic. It is HUGE and originally sold for $1600. arschiffer @cyntcynt14 it's a metallicy shimmery knit material. If I could compare it to an article of clothing I would say it's a cross between a tweed and a thick sweatshirt
