Minnie bow flutter sleeve twirl dress with a cute criss cross detail in back. It is in GUC for some very mild fading on black section. It is milk silk material which consists of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. It was only worn once to Disney and the material is very lightweight and wrinkle resistant. It is a size 6/7T and is approximately 25 inches from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
