mrzxlittleton_ @styleismydrug it depends on your how big your hips or waist is. I wear my on my hips so the tutu pictured is about 30". I can make the tutu in this design in sizes from newborn up to 40". However, I don't trade my tutus.

mrzxlittleton_ @beauty2123 I make the titus so I can make them the size you need. As far as the ears they are the standard size that you'd find in a costume store.
