@nvmybug it is just dirt. It does not have a hang tag. I don't know if it had one originally but this was my first Harvey's bag so I may have taken it off thinking it wasn't supposed to stay on.

@jennifersant918 it is not coming undone. There are no snags on the sides. It does have a black mark which I have not tried to get off
