slappytheseal @cyndeano for future reference. Pre-owned good condition items are defined as a used but functional object. With minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scuffs or marks.

cyndeano @slappytheseal Yes, and some scuffs and marks can be cleaned and repaired and some cannot (i.e., watermarks, tears, rips, broke zippers, ink stains, etc.) I refurbish and if these are the problems I would prefer to know in determining if I want them. Thank you for you time.
