@glitterkam7 Hi! The full length of the dress from shoulder to the very bottom at hem is 30 1/2 inches.
The length from the sequin waistline to the bottom hem is 13 1/2 inches.

@1vanmack yes it is functional. I left it unzipped (for photo purposes) because when it’s zipped up you can’t tell there is a zipper.
