Mini enamel turtle earrings

Mini turtle earrings with enamel. I’m not really sure of the material but I’ve had them for Atleast 20 yrs and the turtles are shiny silver still. The posts are discolored. The backings says surgical steel I believe. Cute earrings for children or to wear if you have multiple piercings.
